In this form, you have to fill in information such as your name, age, date of birth, place of birth, address, mobile number, email ID. Along with this, you have to subscribe to the supporting document as a scan copy. They have to upload your photo ID proof and address proof scans. Also, other small details have to be given. After filling the entire form, check it once to make sure that no mistake has been made. After this, submit it. After submitting, there will be a link to the email id provided by you. You can track your card by clicking on this link. After filling the form, it takes about 30 days for Voter ID card to be issued.
