- Ahmedabad: Counting of Gujarat assembly elections has started. Nitin Patel is running from Mehsana seat while Chief Minister Vijay Rupani is running from Rajkot west of the party. Apart from this, Jagannesh Manevi is moving forward from Vadgaam seat. Apart from that, BJP 84 and Congress are leading in 54 seats. -Bhavnagar is going ahead of Wichaar from west constituency. Congress leader Arjun Modhwadia is running behind Porbandar seat. Congress candidate Paresh Dhanani is ahead of Amreli seat. - Initially, calculation of postal ballet paper was started. It is to be mentioned that the first phase of the Gujarat assembly elections on December 9 and the second phase of polling on December 14 has been completed.
